About SARSA

Making robotics more accessible, one project at a time

The Systems & Applied Robotics Students' Association (SARSA) is a University of Alberta community dedicated to learning, innovating, and building impactful robotic systems. We help students gain real hands-on experience through collaborative teams, workshops, competitions, and applied technical projects.

We believe the best way to learn robotics is by building robots, giving students project-based experience that goes beyond the classroom.

Partnering With Us

Sponsorship is more than a logo on a poster

Sponsorship with SARSA is more than a logo on a poster - it's a partnership with one of the fastest-growing student engineering groups at the University of Alberta. Your support helps us grow; in return, we put your name front and center where it counts, connect you with motivated U of A students, and help build a stronger pipeline of industry-ready engineers.

Funds go toward project materials, workshop supplies, showcase costs, infrastructure, safety equipment, and the tools students need to move from ideas to working systems.
